Keep Moving! Make sure you are not stationary when at the beach. For every hour you are laying down or are in the same position at the beach you should get up and move for about 10-15 minutes.
Don’t Look Down! Try to avoid looking down at a phone, book, or magazine for an extended period of time. This could cause you some neck pain. Instead try and hold the item out directly in front of you.
No Heavy Items! Try and avoid packing extremely heavy bags or coolers. Instead opt for a cooler with wheels, a beach cart with wheels, or lighter bags.
